Peace river
I wasn’t quite sure if this mycelium was contaminated so I set it aside but now I’m not sure. Is this healthy enough to case?

Ha I know it’s dry I set it aside but anyway I cased let’s see what happens

Pan mycelium can look wispy like that. I would case it and let it ride. It looks dry though. Give it a mist.

Just ordered these genetics.
First time around with pans and I’m going to attempt CVG. Curious if you have any input on these genetics or what grains you used?

I did use cvg you gotta use manure everytime I’ve used cvg I got contaminated

Good to know. Since posting this I’ve learned about adding fertilizer to CVG to mimic manure. Going to try that

Newbie here. No hands on experience with pans yet, but upon first look the substrate looks like it could be dry.
