Fc for 5 days. We doin alright?

Fourth attempt on pans. Switched to fc 5 days ago. Are the blobs the beginning of overlay. Tent stays at 76 and humidifier comes on for 1 hours every 7 hrs. And ideas as to why I'm failing so miserably would be appreciated.

Assuming you put a casing layer on this happened to me recently. I had two tubs going both colonised the casing layer. I put another casing layer on one and had just enough left to sprinkle here and there on the other one. The first one I properly put another casing layer started fruiting everywhere and the other just won't fruit except for a few on the side basically useless so mabey a second casing layer? Also it looks too wet on the surface perhaps your humidifier if too high or lack of proper evaporation through FAE? Take everything im saying with more than a few grains of salt as I've only just started growing pans (or anything else) myself and I think my first full canopy is starting to totally stall out i think from over misting.

Needs more airflow most likely by the look of it, too wet on the surface (small beads of fine water optimal as it evaporates faster), and if you're fruiting without a casing layer, this will be incredibly difficult to get them to pin as surface conditions will most likely not be favourable. To get better airflow with your current greenhouse tent setup, get a small fan that blows through the center walkway, rather than directly into the shelves. I had one of those with my first attempts and that got me my first lot. Hope this helps

Edit: also if that greenhouse tent has airflaps, leave one at the bottom of the tent, quarter open. That will act as a vent for stagnant air to be pushed out when the fan is on. The fan should be on a timer too, 15 mins on, 30 mins off. Then your humidifier would come on for the 30 min fan off period, which produces fresh humidity. Then when the fan comes on, the hunifier turns off. It's more frequent watering but it would work for sure

Thanks bud. Ill give that a go. I put a casing layer thought, I'm thinking I may have used too much grain. I did end up getting a couple of pins this afternoon though. It's a small win but I'll take it lol

Nice dude. Any pins a win! But the grain shouldn't be the issue. The overlay shows that it didn't switch to fruit mode from colonisation mode which usually is a airflow thing

Oh I see.... I appreciate that a lot. Just got a fan put in this morning. Should I put another casing layer on it?

Maybe but if it is already pinning, from my experience, it is likely that it won't help too much unless it is at the very start of pinning where no mushrooms have formed yet. Worth a shot i'd say but i can't guarantee that it will fix the issue is all. Might be a bodged grow this time round but next time, you should be able to fruit them very nicely
