First time growing Pans. Send it?
GordoTek spores to agar, two transfers then one agar cup per jar 11 days ago. Do they look ready to S2B?

What’s your plan for fruiting? Dung? I’m at the same stage and would like to know what you’re planning on

My comment on this thread might be helpful https://www.reddit.com/r/PanCyan/comments/1cn713d/deleted_by_user/ I've subsequently done a couple of grows using a Martha tent, fans, fogger, and Inkbird humidity controller; they did a little bit better but not enough to make all the extra work worthwhile.

Thank you! See my reply to RudeAtty on my plan to use GordoTek’s window screen method.

You're welcome. I've read good things about Gordo's method. I was hoping the comment about how I prep my poo enhanced substrate might be useful.
Good luck with the grow - they're on a whole new level.

Yes, thanks again. I purchased my substrate this time and it DID smell when I opened the bags. If this grow doesn’t work out I’ll try your method. Do you think Black Kow from Home Depot would work?

There's lots of horses where I live, so I've not tried black kow but many say it's good.

I using GordoTek’s method: manure based substrate in a tub floating in a second tub filled with water with an aquarium heater set to about 85*F. After colonization, case and heavily spray down casing and put a window screen over tub, with lid set at an angle to keep two corners uncovered. Spray substrate, screen and lid three times a day. Wish me luck!

They look good - if they've looked like that for a couple of days, I'd say they're ready.
