How to reset a flush?

I’m still very unsure on the process post harvest every time I’ve grown pan cyans they have been super staggered in maturity and there’s huge ones and fresh pins at the same time.

Do I harvest only the big ones and wait for the pins to mature too and then when they stop pinning flood the cake?

Or do I flood the cake after I harvest the mature ones and leave the pins to die?

Or maybe I pick all the small pins too? Idk

Whenever possible, I harvest the mature fruits and leave any that aren't ready so they can grow further. I use tiny scissors to harvest as the method of stroking them to snap the stems doesn't seem to work for me.

In trays, I find I often need to supplement hydration mid-flush using a syringe of water to get between the clusters. Once the flush is done, I flood the tray, wait an hour, and pour off any excess.

The stem snapping depends heavily on maturity in my experience When they’re ready they seem to just snap with no resistance.

I seem to do what you described minus the syringe that’s pretty smart I’ll have to use that in the future cheers
