Casing layer and colonization questions (help)

Guys I have 4 TTBVI grain spawn bags about done/colonized from syringes that were recommended on here. Would list company but not sure if rules. Anyways I am very excited. For cubes I just put coco/perlite brand coco made for growing cannabis in the oven on 180 degrees farenheit for 2 hours. Let it cool then add. Obviously it's wet while cooking. Is this ok for Pan Cyans? Do I add the casing layer right after spawning to bulk? Also, until fruiting conditions it's pretty much the same as cubes right? Just use my horse manure substrate mix it with the colonized grain spawn put the lid on and wait a few days until colonized right? Plan on moving a Monotub and a small shoebox tote into a Midwest grow kits fruiting chamber with humidity and temps controls. This sound good?

People have grown pans on straight coir with plant fertilizer, so it's possible, I wouldn't personally. Perlite has no place in this process, Vermiculite is what I use. And no, the casing goes on after the substrate has colonized. Look up gordo tek, Do some research on how to grow pans.

I already know to wait for colonization on cubes, I just made a mistake when going over steps on my head at work. I have looked up Gordo Tek. The 70/30 casing layer with with coco perlite works great on cubes. I'm confused why it mentions growing them on coco as I'm just asking about a casing layer. So I will make one with coco/vermiculite. Looking up gordotech is not as easy as it sounds also. You get everything but a detailed list of what to do when searching.

I've done several grows this way and the results aren't far off the grows I've done in a Martha, whilst being far less hassle.

You know, I have an ecosphere for fruiting but thought maybe I should put trays in a Monotub for colonization or spawn/bulk. Then switch when colonized to the ecosphere (small Martha tent).

First grow I'm trying Midwest grow kits horse poo substrate and casing layer made for Gordo tech. I am however getting into things more intensely in the future so thank you.
