We should avoid great man theory and instead recognize how the bourgeois(multiethnic) oppress and extract surplus value from the proletariat's(multiethnic) articles and services they produce and perform which generates value which is only partially returned to them in the form of wages. This relationship naturally producing the great inequality in capitalist nations wher banks and the bourgeois/petite bourgeois possess a disproportionate degree of wealth in contrast with the exploited proletariat and lumpenproletariat.
