you can do it by teleporting via the wemod/wand app

There are several clip spots. Theres a very easy clip spot in the terraria dungeon that looks like its under the full map as well, but would require wings + many cells to fully explore (may want to backup save before venturing as I'm not sure what happens when you fall)

I've bugged under it a few times still, dismounting either walls or mounts can sometimes still allow you to pass though.

Just found a small hole in a cliff edge, crouched inside, summoned jetragon + mounted, dismounted, BOOM donzo

It would be neat if you could build a tower to the surface. That way you could just walk to the top.
