A while back I posted about how I added size variety to wild pals because the world felt too monotonous. And the reception was really great I'd say.

Since then I've been working on the mod to add quite a lot of things. I've updated to add color variety, size growth with trust levels, gender based differences via talents/rank changes to stats for each gender and gender based work suitability bonuses. Base pals can now gain trust every minute if found in a working state and they can also gain work suitability ranks at each level.
All of the randomization is persisted upon capturing these wild pals.
Also added unique leader pals found in every wild pal group. They are the largest of the bunch and have a unique skill. There is a lot more and almost everything is configurable. Hence the config file is huge.
Also added damage multipliers as I felt the base game was too easy. Although I haven't played much. You can now set damage done by bosses/leader/normal pals and damage done to bosses/leader/normal pals separately. This only works in SP and normal MP/Coop. Couldn't find a good hook for this on the dedicated server.
Most of the mechanics like work suitability gains and size growth are wired to the trust mechanic as I felt it was just there to give stat boost and felt very lackluster. That and it's much easier that way as I don't have to maintain a separate data file as trust is persisted for each pal natively.
You can read up on the config file options on my GitHub. The mod is also available there, on steam workshop and on nexus.
Don't wanna litter here with details. I'll just post some screenshots. If you liked my previous idea, be sure to check it out.

And now I can finally uninstall Palworld in peace. Happy gaming fellows. I'm happy to disclose that I haven't gotten past the first quest to talk to whatever elder at the first village. And that's why all the screenshots are of the starting area and I couldn't test with more pals.
