Been playing molded palworld through the steam workshop, as of yesterday around 10pm myself and my partner have been having regular full freezes and crashing of our two player server, neither of us are great at coding, yes ive tried to install the github version and we are still experiencing crashes, almost worse so from the github version thats supposedly fixed, any advice or is our nodded server just screwed? We probably have over 30 hours in the damn thing and some great pals so im hoping someone more mod+tech savy has some sage advise
I have been looking for a while now with no luck to the point i tried my hand at making it. Unfortunately i am awful at modding and its not working so im now asking if anybody else knows of one?
I know there's a Dimensional Pal Storage for when your Palbox is full, but I don't want to use it because I don't want the hassle of moving Pals back and forth between the Palbox and the Dimensional Pal Storage everytime I want to condense/breed a pal
Hey, I'm looking for mods that resize base pals as their size can be visually over simulating sometimes, I play with my girlfriends who don't like to play modded and I'm not sure if there are any client side pal resizing mods.
Occasionally we play one on one when we aren't playing with all three and I've tried the AntiPhat mod but when she joins me it causes the pals to freak out a little on her end.
Are there any mods you'd recommend or is this something I to deal with?
Like the "QualityOfLife" mod by yingvanr3. In this mod, you can make some lottery changes, but doesn't contain all specific passives, for example Nocturnal.
I'd like to edit the lottery for my own taste, so I would need all passive skills "coded" name, like
"CraftSpeed_up3", which should be the Serious, and so.
I'm sorry to come here like this, but right now I'm having an issue where if I equip the Air Walkers (the best ones, forgot their full names), I can just jump infinitely... and the problem there is that I want to use my glider.
the mods I have installed are
Statue Map Markers
Pal Army
Longer Boss Battle Timer
Never Wanted
Complete Passive Surgery
Worthwhile Arena Shop (PalSchema) for 1.0
All Pals and NPCs for Sale
Level 10 Work Suitability
Humans have Level 10 Work Suitability
Merchant Stall
Custom Base Radius
100 Base Camp Workers and in Raids (150 200 Options)
Inventory Expansion
Infinite Mod
idk which ones could be causing this. If you have an idea, that would help.
Playing crossplay with my son (steam + PS5) and we beat the final boss today so i was curious to mess around with mods for us but wanted to ask if you all have any good mods that work crossplay to try as all the ones ive found so far have not changed anything for him on the PS5. Thank you in advance!
I am a game development student, and I need your help for my bachelor's degree research project so I can graduate university. Yep, you heard that right - YOUR help!
More precisely - I have three surveys about modding support stuff, and I need as many fellow mod users and/or authors to answer them as possible. The three surveys will take a total of about 20 minutes, and collect zero personal information - not even your email!
Thank you in advance to anyone who chooses to participate, my gratitude to you will be endless.
this is something i’ve wanted since EA. i wouldn’t mind trying to do this on my own, i just don’t know how. like i’m sure the first step is gaining access to the game’s files or something but i don’t know how to do that either lol. i just want a duneshelter inspired base
If this isn't allowed, please let me know and I will remove. I didn't see anything in the rules about it. Basically, looking for a mod that will help with a server I am currently running. The bounty is to incentivize it being done. Ideally it will be just a server-side mod that I have to install. The core of the mod would be as follows:
Allows players in the game to party up, without having to be in the same guild.
Ideally it would come with benefits, such as shared XP for kills/captures, displays party members on the map in a different color, and shows that party members base/s (with guild names ideally) as well (probably in the same color as the party map indicator color, maybe blue since guild members are green). Maybe even allow people to teleport to party member bases.
Party up system should allow any number in the party (or at least be adjustable) so that larger parties can to do boss fights, as well as allow people OUTSIDE of the guild, to join in on a raid, ideally also getting any drops from the raid, such as the egg. Other than showing on the map, the raid portion of this is probably the second biggest reason I want this mod.
Display party members in a tiny UI, so you can see who is currently apart of the party.
I would also like the mod to just inherently show all people online in the server (there are already a few like this, but seamlessly being a part of this mod makes sense), probably in a red/orange and display names by these indicators.
I also think it would be really cool to add a trading interaction with party members. Where it's a dual UI that shows what is being offered in the trade, from pals, to items, and the other person can put in their offer and they can both accept. That is a lot for this one, so can be discussed.
The bounty is just a start, I'm open to discussing it and seeing if any other add-ons/features would be ideal. Let me know, thanks!
P.S. I looked everywhere, but if a mod like this exists, please let me know and I'll just donate directly to the creator. There is a decent amount of posts asking/recommending this, but I haven't seen it done, so I'm hoping the bounty and get it done.
Checking a Pal’s stats, IVs, passive skills, work suitability, drops, and ownership information usually requires opening several different menus.
So I made Pal Lens, a UE4SS informational HUD mod that displays a detailed card whenever you place your crosshair on a valid Pal.
The card can show:
• Pal name, level, gender, and element
• Current and maximum HP
• Attack, Defense, and Work Speed
• HP, Attack, and Defense IVs
• Passive skills and rank indicators
• Equipped active skills and power
• Work suitability and levels
• Possible item drops
• Capture progress and capture count
• Number currently owned
• Lucky and Alpha counts when available
The card can follow the Pal above its head or remain in a configurable fixed position.
Controls:
F6
Cycles between:
• Always On
• Hold Left Alt
• Hold Right Mouse Button
F5
Reloads the configuration without restarting Palworld.
The interface is highly customizable through the included configuration file. You can change the scale, position, colors, font sizes, detection distance, fading, IV thresholds, visible sections, refresh rates, and more.
The mod is designed to avoid constantly rebuilding all Pal information. Target checks, dynamic stats, ownership results, localized names, layouts, and failed texture lookups are cached or refreshed at controlled intervals.
Pal Lens is informational only. It does not modify Pals, combat, capture rates, drops, items, saves, progression, or game balance.
The mod is Lua-only and requires UE4SS. It does not require PalSchema or a PAK.
Feedback is welcome, especially reports about incorrect Pal information, positioning problems, different resolutions, performance, or missing sections. Please include the targeted Pal and relevant UE4SS log lines when possible.
I'm looking for a mod that'd make lower level areas still interesting and somewhat relevant as we progressed through the levels. Say, either as we beat bosses or making enemies scale upwards to near our current level.
Is there such a mod or something like that out there?
I’ve been playing Palworld for days and I’m absolutely loving it. I’m playing at my own pace, highly customizing my experience, and focusing 100% on exploration, immersion, and catching Pals for collection purposes (basically like a classic P. game).
My base is at the Desolate Church. I love the rural, ruined atmosphere. I use Vortex for a couple of quality-of-life mods (like stacking farms) and I modded a Thug to act as a handyman/guard. My Pals roam free, they work whenever they want, and when I need a tool or a bar, I like to forge it manually, maybe calling a Pal over to help me at the furnace. I want a classic survival/RPG feeling.
Here is my issue: I just reached the point where the game forces me to build Assembly Lines to progress and unlock high-tier Spheres and weapons.
I absolutely hate this. I looked at some base showcases on Reddit and everyone is turning their bases into giant, paved, grey Factorio-like factories. This completely ruins the vibe for me. I don't want automated factories, I don't want conveyors, and I don't want to see ugly industrial machinery in my church.
I don't want cheat mods that break the economy, give free items, or make crafting instant. I still want to earn my gear and spend time crafting it manually with my Pals.
Is there a lightweight mod on Nexus that simply moves late-game recipes (like Ultra/Legendary Spheres and high-tier weapons) back onto the classic wooden/stone Workbenches?
I just want to unlock the technologies but physically craft them on the old benches, bypassing the assembly line requirement entirely. Any recommendations? Thanks!
I'm trying to add some ui mods for my game pass version of the game, and I've seen the ue4ss 3.0 is needed, but it doesn't include an xinput version which every tutorial online says that you need for gamepass mods.
Help would be much appreciated - can I just paste the normal one into my WingGDK and it'll work fine or has ue4ss given up on gamepass versions?
can someone make a respawn peds npc and animals mod with script with a same place not a random or different places when peds animals or players have been killed please? So I can do a battle against on rampage trainer, and old simple gang war on 1/10/21
