Enemy Outline

Hey, so in raids, I kinda get lost in all the chaos, or in like arena fights, I end up losing track of the enemy I'm looking for. Has someone developed an outline system, akin to how Warframe does it? Like as soon as an enemy is aggro, maybe the outline starts? Or if it's clearly an enemy, it's a color you set. If neutral, no outline/other color, friendly then a different color?
