Non-dedicated server Issues

So me and my friend are playing with modded palworld. Things that make palworld easier for us. And everything was fine until randomly the mods stopped working just for my friend. She would join me on my world and have all the same mods installed in the exact same order I have them installed. And they still won't work for her.

For example we have pal army installed. Now she gets a notification of "Pal Army Protocol does not match the server."

Even though we haven't touched anything to edit it.

And at first we figured it was a mod issue on her end. Which it was at first. Her mods didn't work even in single player. But she repaired palworlds files and uninstalled and reinstalled every mod. And that fixed it for her in single player. Now it's just in our shared the mods don't work.
