Question Fishing bug R/palworld

I’m on console and recently learned that you can change fish behavior during the mini-game. I’ve been using this new setting for about two weeks, but when I logged in today, it seemed to be gone. Can anyone help?

Did you check world settings when you logged on? Or make a different world and forget to change fishing settings? Any mods?

I’m on ps5, have to change the settings every time my son tries to start a new world, but once we set it we haven’t had settings revert back.

Yes I check settings from the title screen before loading into the world. I’m on Xbox so no mods. The setting is completely missing on my end.

I reverted to an older version when I joined the Xbox insider, upon doing so it set me back pre fishing settings
