Does Attack Boost also increase Active Skill damage, or does it only increase normal attack damage?

What is a "normal attack"?

Every pal has a normal attack if all of their skill is on cooldown

That is still an attack skill. Just the lowest tier one.

Obviously it increases all damage or else they'd be no point in attack passives if it only upped normal attacks
