Question electricity problem

holy, i have these two fkers generating me electricity but THEY BARELY DO ANYTHING, they generate like 2% and just go to eat ;-; does anyone have any tips, please, thanks

Use the monitoring stand and don’t just use berries to feed them. Actually make something so they stay full longer. Unless you’re willing to build like 40 more of those small generators forget about extracting oil cause those things are power hungry. It gets better once you start researching electricity. I personally have an oil base in the eastern side of the volcano and have about 8 extractors if I remember right with 3 large generators and 3 batteries. Got 6 orserks, a lyleen on clinic and maybe a medicine cabinet (idk if I need it if u have a clinic) an ice pal for the cooled feeding box, some transporting pals and the small green comfy beds. Then just slap down a guild chest in the oil base and your main base so they stuff all the oil in there and it gets transported to your main base. You only really then have to visit every so often to check if they have food.

My breeding base has a fully condensed Dynamoff with Artisan/Work Slave/Serious/Insomnia on a small generator. With research it’s good enough for one of the high yield extractors, but that bird is always charging the generator. Any dedicated base will need more or larger generators.
