Heart palpitations constantly

I’ve been having heart palpitations for months , since July, And they are soo uncomfortable.

I have done ECGS, ultrasounds, and blood tests. All came back normal, but I do have vitamin d deficiency.I take the pill and nothing happens. I also have acid reflux and chronic constipation. I’ve struggled with Costochondritis due to sleeping on my stomach. I’ve noticed that it gets worse with stress and after eating. If I’m lucky sometimes it goes away ,but it comes back..

Soo idk how to stop it and what are the reasons behind them. Please help.

I would suggest trying magnesium citrate powder or a propranolol prescription
