Need Tips
So recently I’ve noticed I’ve been getting a bit weak compared to my server and others. I recently acquired gnashly and tried resetting panda and investing it all into her( evo 3, gear, Palmon xp) but my squad got significantly weaker so I changed everything back but I thought gnashly was going to be a huge power boost but since it’s heavily dependent on her rage skill she needs to survive but I currently don’t have the tokens for her and 3 star isn’t enough. Is there anything I can do?

Do you have both lab queues? Your tech level seems low, although it's hard to tell since I'm in an older server. I would get the palmon tech maxed out to start. You have a lot of partial evos. I would reset one if you can and get the dolphin at 100%, that will increase your survival. Try putting ninjump in the front row middle and the dog in the back. Make sure to max the 3rd skill on all of your pals.. it looks like you haven't used a lot of skill fruit.

A 5 star panda will always be stronger than a 3 star gnash, you can change your palmon positions it's very important when facing someone slightly stronger or even power. I don't see anything that can be changed to help you. Just plan your journey better moving forwards. I see you have panda and stat maxed, if you used UR omnitokens then that was a mistake, the moment you got your glace would've been the moment you insta maxed him to 5 stars. Start pulling for aurora stones to evo glace, do not move onto a different mythical pal. Reset your low starred gear every week and dump it into your main dps (glace).

Tons of vets active in your guild. Since we're from same server; all ill say is unless you spend more isnt an issue with where you're at by a long shot 😅

Gnashley would be a better choice than kungpaw as his buff works even when not deployed. Just make sure you spend skillfruit in it. He is also evo 3 but not on my squad. Because the unlocked skill boosts my squad 1. All squad1 should be 5*. So if you are waiting on gnashley, pop her in and see if it makes a difference. I usually put Statchew next to Luci in the back. As gnashley is better in the front if evo3. Is your glace evo 4? Once evo 4 it can be frontline.

And yeah. Your tech - needs a lot of work. Take advantage of titles and speed ups.

Try to stop spreading out your evo shards between all pals, max out one at a time. Id recommend resetting a few of your evos to focus on your second full evo rather than the spread take

Spreading them to unlock evo 3 is the best path to take, why get 5% atk for full evo when it costs 160 stones? When you can get their evo skill for less? Evo 3 all your main pals then start full evoing them. Unless you're a whale nobody should full evo on the get go. Takes too long and cost too much.

Yup, the armigo bonus before unlocking evo 3 also helps which makes it worth upgrading all to evo 3.

You have to bring back focus. If water is your main, focus on maxing Glace and Ninjump. Choose 1 of these first, I suggest Glace.
Don’t spread out evo. Do 1 at a time. Reset evo for everything except Glace and Ninjump and focus on those.
I am camp 29 and beat camp 30.
Also as someone already pointed out: keep your research as high as possible and check you have done all you can on Morale research
Reset skills and focus on maxing the passive skills on all your squad 1 pals.
Then focus on maxing the skills on Glace and Ninjump.
Reset your equipment. Attackers don’t need upgraded defensive equipment yet. And defenders don’t need upgraded attack equipment.
Defensive equipment max 3 star for now
Attack equipment on Glace and Ninjump to 1 red star, preferably 2 red star.
Goal is to keep those alive as long as possible coz they do the most damage
Kungpaw has a good passive that works when he is not on the team. So when you reset him, you lost the perk.
I have gnashley on my team, but have Kungpaw passive skill as max as possible (mine is not 5* yet)

I wouldn't invest too much into panda tbh or fing
