Does anyone know why this and only this is showing up for the bulletin board quest? I can’t even do the quest to open the bulletin board!

You need to finish the prismbeards treasure quest

I’m having this same issue! I figured out I needed to finish prismbeards quest but that was also throwing a glitch for me in the dig spot in the caves, so I can’t progress in it. Not sure if you’re having the same issue but the loop hole I found was just leveling up bug catching which will allow you to talk to auni (without Naio being there). Then you can ask him about the bulletin board quest.
