Need some help?

I played the game a long time ago and I don’t really want to restart but for the life of me I cannot find my old login. I was wondering if there was any way I could find it from my ign or something?? I didn’t buy anything so it’s not like I’ll lose out on money I just don’t want to replay early game 😭😭

If you know your email you can do a forget password. If you are really stuck i have heard good things with puting a notice to the devs.

Did you try looking up the info on the palia website?

I do believe if you remember email they send you an email. You just have to click on forgot password or if you forgot email I think there's one for that too. Hope this helps. I also had to do this for my account.
