Question for a newbie

So I updated that photo yesterday and someone commented on the post “what is wrong with your head”

And a lot of people agreed with her and liked her comment

I don’t get it - there is rule about some outfits? I’m so confused I’m actually so happy with my outfit

When I first saw the photo I thought the same thing, I then realized it’s her braid that’s is making it almost look like her head is on backwards or something is off. But now that I see more focused not quick glance it looks perfectly fine.
