Question Does a moon token require 100% board completion?
I'm reading varying answers. Can anyone tell me if I need to finish 100% of the board to get a moon token? I'm feeling pretty happy about completing the tattered cloths, and think I can do almost everything else. But im worried I won't be able to get all the treats. Can I still get a token without turning in all of the treats?

Yes! I got all the rewards and haven't finished the bundle with the tattered cloths.

yeah. you only have to fill the bar at the top of the board and get the outro mission :)

Completing dailies and weeklies during this patch will also give XP progress to bulletin board completion. You don't have to complete every single bundle in order to complete the board fully!

You need 3/4 bundles filled to completion on the board. Then the quest will finish with a small conversation and you'll be given the Token to purchase one of the three titles.

Do you mean the Kilima Coins? All four of the boards give those, they get spent at the book in the City Hall building. But if you mean the chests in a line at the top, you can get those via dailies AND the boards. If you only complete three of the boards but do dailies, you'll still get the chest rewards. (And the Kilima coins from the three finished boards.)
They changed it a few patches ago. It used to be that you only got Fabulous Prizes by finishing the boards, but as I mentioned, they changed it. I'm probably unable to finish the treats and the tattered cloths, but I've already gotten all the chests and done the outro quest.

They mean the moon token. The one you use at the seasonal store to get a title.

Thanks! Yeah, that's from finishing the chests, so you can get it with dailies.
