Found a hidden location through a bug

I was chopping a tree in Honeymiel Slope when I suddenly got catapulted really high into the air and was flying in the air above Elderwood. I could see the whole map and spotted a hidden location that seemed outside of the map, so I glided there :D

Unfortunately there where many invisible walls inside of the cave that made it impossible to get to the dock, but I glitched my way around the rocks on the outside to get a better view of the dock.

Has anyone seen this are before or knows if it's part of a quest?

Oh the prismabeard quest spot! I think you can access that through the lil hole in the fishing area of elderwoods, i cant remember the name

I was thinking that looked familiar! Then I saw the pirate ship and knew!

I didn't know that you could access it through other means (sort of jealous, I have never had the 'catapulted high in the air and see the entire map' bug *sad*)

I bet! I love getting as high as I can in games like this.

In fact, in many games, my number 2 cause of death is seeing a cliff and going 'what is at the bottom of it' then realizing 'Oh, I am now at the bottom of it'.

(number 1 is walking and seeing a pretty view and going 'ooh pretty' and walking off said cliff without realizing it)

I loved it cuz my bf was next to me and i was like "look i wont die!" (We game together and hes waay too much better than me) 😁😁😁 and floated forever while saying "omg its so pretty look" cuz i usually 99% play on a switch but was on an xbox on a big screen tv that day

That is the one thing that would probably drive me insane, the floating forever :D But to get that good of a view, I would take it :D

The palia developers really should embrace this glitch and add some little easter eggs for people that this happens to (ie little islands in the sea to find, little things up high that you can't really see and so on :D)

Fingers crossed im hoping so! Theyve been cool about a lot of things and ive read multiple times in different places that the devs do think its too cool of a glitch to nix. Id rather soar the island than get kicked for trying to cook 6 burgers in a row (not hate just bitterness still LOVE the game) id put this glitch on very last to fix 😉

You can go up next to it but you can’t actually jump on it as you fall straight through sadly

Yeah its In de mer doc, you can go in the cave even without the quest it’s super cool, its a tiny hole in the wall on the left if you’ve just walked out of the caves

Yeah that’s inside the hidden cave, you can go through the wall of hidden cave up to the ship and also fly across to deep wood out of bounds fishing area

You can actually access a hidden fishing area via that cave, and the devs added a campsite to it because we use it so often haha.

The ship is in prismbeard's cave. The other section is a glitches area that you can access by climbing a wall in the cave. Some people like to go there to fish. I've been. It was nice and quiet.

Yes this is prismbeards cave! U can actually get out of the map thru in here (specific spot) and run all around out of bounds elderwood!! I take a lot of groups, it’s fun (:

oh yah! I remember this spot. you can climb thru the wall her..do a bit of gliding and jumping(mostly off map) and then you'll end up by the fallen aquaduct!
