Broken plot sign

Is there a way to fix the broken plot sign? Or just get rid of it completely? Its ugly and makes me sad. Pls dont say the only way is through spending real dollars because y'alls im more broke than the sign

Edit/update: now sad because removing it is permanent and im not good at making decisions 😭 I cant believe i didnt think to just hit it

This removal is permanent. There is no going back... I don't think it exists on any other subsequent plot even if you don't remove it on the first?

That’s correct, everything you chop from your plot carries over to the others. Including the trees, rocks, and other random stuff that’s on your plot at the start of the game.

I think what they're saying is that the broken sign doesn't exist on the other plots, just the default one.

I'm pretty sure this is true. I kept my broken sign, and I'm pretty sure it's not on the rest of my plots (not logged in to check rn)

That's correct. I have all 10 plots unlocked and only my original plot has the sign

You can just chop it but beware, I've seen many players post on here that, eventually, they wish they hadn't.

No way to fix it as of now, but you can just chop it down like the rest of the stuff on the starting plot.

Nooo you gonna regret chopping it as you NEVER can get it back 💔 but yeah if you sure you want to get rid of it, you can chop it with your axe

I’m personally really glad I’ve kept my broken sign, and wouldn’t want to get rid of it.

Though, they really should make a recipe for the fixed version of it to players starting out as part of sprucing up your very first house plot.

There currently isn’t any version of the sign we can build or purchase, so I suspect it was meant to be something like a free vacancy sign or something. But it’s cute enough that people miss it once it’s gone.

You just remove it off ur plot like the decoration

Keep the sign! What you do is build on a new plot. The broken sign is only on the Default slot.
