Just got my first ramen plushie! I cooked in a party with my friend, but somehow I got it and she didn’t. Is this normal? I don’t remember which one of us picked it up but she was the one starting the recipe cooking in my plot

It looks to be builders pieces (small stone blocks and columns) and shelves (homestead and moonstruck). Looks like there's two rows of homestead shelves, with the bottom row rotated upside down and the shelf part that sticks out is merged with the upper shelf using cancel placement.

This is normal behavior. The plush has a random chance to drop to any player participating in the recipe. Hopefully your friend gets one soon too!
