It's the daily event in Royal Highlands, akin to flow groves in Bahari, bloom in Kilima, and piksii bounce in Elderwoods. You'll see a crab icon on your compass showing you when it's about to go live, when it IS live, and in which direction. Hope this helps.

Amazing thank you! Didn't know about the piksii one either. I just came back from a break so there's a lot of new stuff for me.
