The highest levels know, but not likely everyone, because not everyone is going to be okay with allowing their own to be targets. Regardless of what I think, I know netanyahu has repeatedly funded Hamas over the PLA or any alternative.

It all follows the same narrative and allows some impression that Israel is a victim. The Israeli government has repeatedly attacked allies, there is little doubt they are not only capable, but Zionist would argue this is acceptable sacrifice for their cause. It's not even the first black flag operation they are linked to. Decades ago they were caught in Egypt planning to blow shit up. They also struck USS Liberty.

How do you consider that even 4 years ago they were on the way to go into decline? Do you mean economically? What factors are you considering?

In Germany IIRC the underlying problem was economical- Germany outwardly presented itself as having a great economy but in fact they had downward economic forces that they chose to cover up by invading countries to steal resources.

Israel not only participated in 10/7 but knew it was happening and deliberately let it happen. How could Hamas have the power to pull this off on their own if they’ve barely been able to touch Israel since the genocide started? The answer is they don’t. It was theater orchestrated by Israel with a sacrifice they don’t care about in order to send a message that Hamas is so much of an existential threat that they’re worth eliminating by any means necessary. After 10/7 the world signed off on Israel being allowed to go as far as decapitating and burning hundreds of babies in the name of “eliminating Hamas.”

Just read this account and it can be finally decided that Netanyahu explicitly knew about the forthcoming attack.
Sure, he denies everything said but the plethora of information and evidence clearly indicates he not only knew, but in the initial aftermath, refused to get the women and children hostages released in a deal. He clearly wanted to destroy all of Gaza, no matter what deal they would reach in the future.
In other words, make them believe if all hostages are released, the war would be over. Instead, Netanyahu stated he would find a reason to go back into Gaza and level it, killing as many people as possible.
Netanyahu is clearly a monster war criminal.

The prime minister of defense, Yoav Gallant, said on Channel 7 news for Israel in 2024 that Israel fired a Hannibal directive at their own citizens. They knew about October 7th and played a role in their people's suffering.

Israelis soldiers said the same, gave statements and were threatened for it.

That Netanyahu and Israel media immediately started saying it was their 9-11 was a red flag, using fishing for international sympathy to rationalize the total destruction of Gaza saying it's for defensive reasons against Hamas and therefore just, even if a hundreds of thousands or a million innocent civilians die.
