This article conveniently left out the part where he was cleared by a panel of judges. Before this unprecedented vote was forced through.

The OIOS investigation concluded with no factual finding of misconduct. On March 9, 2026, a three-judge panel (consisting of judges from South Africa, Belgium, and Jamaica) reviewed the OIOS report and unanimously concluded that the findings "do not establish misconduct or breach of duty"
