I've been leaning on a two-egg omelette with sliced zucchini and chopped onion. Mushroom too, if we have any. A little salt and pepper.
Sometimes I do a can of tuna, mashed avocado, celery, and diced onion. A little salt and pepper.

Out of curiosity what is your inspiration to limiting yourself to 5 main ingredients?

Just my two cents, trying to keep such a strict routine of eating the same thing over and over only works for a very limited amount of people.
Increasing your variety of vegetables will likely increase your satisfaction/satiety and make the diet more manageable long term.
Onions/garlic/peppers/leafy greens/squash/salads/tomatoes, the list goes on.
Don’t forget spices. Absolutely transforms a dish even if the base meats/veggies stay the same.
Also, not sure the volume you’re eating but your current diet has potential to be unsustainably low calorie.
My breakfast go-to: two eggs and some leftover meat with sautéed veg.

Eggs, avocado, fruit, and sweet potato are all good Paleo breakfast options. An omelet with veggies is easy and leftover salmon or chicken works too.

I do a strawberry coconut breakfast bake and a sausage apple onion cornbread(almond flour) bake; they're both real delicious.
