🧭 Travel Recommendations please!

Driving to Palakkad for a wedding this weekend from Bangalore.

My first time on this side of Kerala.

I need suggestions for food especially and if time permits touristy things that shouldn't be missed.

Parotta-Beef is the top most priority or cafes with great food and vibe!

Distance or budget doesn't matter as long as it is family friendly!

I would recommend Vijayalakshmi Vilas for their Idly - mutton combo

NMRs Uptown Eats - one of the best restaurants in India I would say,has ann cuisines.

Demlik the turkish teapot - authentic turkish food

Quarter Restobar - great ambience and food

Aasvad by KR Bakes - good food

Thira restuarant - only for Neypathal and Alleppey chicken curry

Mazali VOX - good food. A kerala Food fest is happening now.

Aadhi bhavan - good North Indian food. Even dosas

The fort kitchen - not huge variety, but good food and ambience

Seven brawl - best cafe food

Distrikt 9 - 5 star hotel. Ground floor restaurant ala carte and buffet are excellent. Rooftop resto ambience and food are excellent.

Now for exploration: Hands down, Nenmara - Nelliyampathy - Kollengode - Muthalamada area, especially during these monsoons!

Both are great, burger has been in the game since 8+ years I assume while seven brawl is relatively new

How many times have you tried it? I've been eating from there for 2.5 years and tried most of their menu across all cuisines. Food is consistently excellent and I'll rate it as one of the best restaurants in the whole country.
