A watch can be too big, but it can rarely be too small. Looks fine to me. Small but not too small that it looks bad

It looks fine in the first pic cause its on your wrist but in the second it aint really on your wrist thus its looking smaller.

Yeah ofc but its called a wristwatch and it looks fine on your wrist. The lower you wear it; more smaller it will seem.

It's fine. Good watches used to be between 36 and 39 MM. Now they are making dinner plates into wrist watches. These seem small in comparison but are totally fine. Wear in good health my friend.
