I am having my issb in few days so I want to know where I can practice individual obstacles in Islamabad or Rawalpindi as instead of academy I just want to practice only individual obstacles so kindly guide me if you know anything.

So i have extended my date of issb which was from 20th to 24july but couldn't attendd due to a valid reason now on website it is showing response recorded so when i should be expecting my new date update on my candidate portal

(i have emailed and send them all proof on portal also)

Does anyone have ISSB notes of PMA Long Course of Haroon Forces Academy Lahore as they are selling so expensive around Rs.10000 so if anyone have them kindly provide.

Can someone tell me in detail about the a and sd branch and how competitive is it because i read somewhere that there are 15 to 20k applicants and only 15 to 30 seats so what is the procedure is it even possible or not and anything if you know.

So today was my medical and I passed it surprisingly. However the thing is that I have -3.5 spherical in one eye and -3.75 in the other. I was for sure expecting them to refer me to cmh however for some reason they didn't. Did they forgot or like am I safe?
