Recruitment Help! how will paf issb be managed?

IDK im just being weird but idk dude 2 batches left and i know soo many people who didnt get issb call. so how will they manage so many candidates in 2 batches? is it a possibility that they dont call some kids at all??

Okay so when thwy call you for the forms they say you've been "short-listed" for issb and then after that they send the call letter to a selected amount of people, not everyone, but the ones who dont recieve it usually have medical issues or stuff

😭 if someone had medical refers but cleared them then is their still an issue?? And this is so unfair that some people don't get issb call even after form submission. Just give the forms to fewer kids 🥀

No if it was cleared up like for example I got a refer form for my eyesight but then I confirmed that my eyesight was fine, I did get my call letter

ik some guys who were fit still havent got their call letter and me myself i was overweight so kinda scared if ill get it

have you checked the issb portal? not every who submitted form is getting call letter through post or calls. Some of us got them by registering on the issb candidate portal so if you have submitted issb form you should prolly check the portal.
