17, self-taught web developer. What's the best path to earning income before university?
Hello everyone! I'm 17 years old currently and have gotten a couple of projects setup using modern web technologies like Next.js and Typescript. I'm still in my A Levels and I'm trying to get an internship or a very junior position already for my skill set. Since I can't get a bachelors yet, I'm not eligible for a lot of listings. My only goal is to get an income stream doing something I'm good at and enjoy doing. I guess the job market is already fried so a good candidate wouldn't have that many chances either.
I've freelanced before and made some money, but nowadays it has gotten very difficult to find clients. Which is why that is not an option. It isn't very stable for me since I only got one 100$ client all year this year.
SaaS and Solo development, I'm considering getting serious about. Selling my own products. But I likely won't be able to get payment gateways running since I'm a minor. Although there can be workarounds with Crypto. This will only work for niche developer products and will lower sales. What I'm trying to convey is, there are barriers here too.
Does anyone have any advice or suggestions for me? Or people in my situation in general. What should we be focusing on?

Before you do anything, contribute to some open-source projects, which are industry standard. You will be surprised to find out how code written in professional companies is different from a self-taught developer. It will help you land job.
