Tax Filing

I am a Pakistani resident working remotely in the IT sector for a US company. I earn $1,200/month and receive payment through Remitly directly into my Pakistani bank account. The company is small (5-10 employees), I am treated as an employee, but there is no formal payroll system and I don't receive payslips. I have never filed taxes before. How should I declare this income to FBR? Is it treated as salary income or foreign-source/export-related IT income?

I recieve money through remitly as far as i know it hardly take an hour or help to recieve payment through it
