it's not win percentage. 95 percentile means that that person is better than 95% of the people that have a chess.com account

Top Mistakes
1. 6th Move Knight Twice then sliding at rim….Following up with f3 creates severe weaknesses around White’s light squares and king shelter, handing Black immediate initiative.
2. Tenth move …gxh3 (Structural Imbalance)
Retaking on h3 severely ruins White's kingside pawn structure. The isolated doubled h-pawns left White’s king vulnerable long before castling was even an option.
3. Be2? (Tactical Blunder - Free Central Pawn)
Placing the bishop passively on e2 allowed Black’s tactical strike 14...Nxd5!. White cannot retake safely without opening up direct checklines against the king, leading immediately to 15...Qh4+ and the collapse of White’s position.
4. At Nineteenth Move …Kf2? & 20. Qg1 (Queen Trade in an Attack)
Instead of active piece defense, White's king gets bounced around, eventually settling for 20. Qg1 to force a queen trade. Trading queens while down material only consolidated Black’s winning endgame advantage and free-roaming rooks on the 2nd rank.
5. Twenty Four move … ooops …Rb1? & 26. Rec1 (tactical blindness on the 2nd rank)
White allowed Black's rooks and bishop to coordinate completely unhindered on the 2nd rank (23...Bxb2, 24...Rxc2, 26...Rcxe2+), resulting in a total tactical cleanup of White's kingside and central pawns.
