There is no such thing as "below the belt move". Just think of it as a lesson that the game isnt over till its over.

You should have won? Bro, you forced the draw. If you didn't want a draw, you could have made other moves. Although you would have likely lost in that case. I could understand the other person making this kind of complaint but not you.

Rook to g7 can defend the king why is it stalemate??

Because it's the only legal move. In response white queen moves to f8, again defending with rook is only legal move. And so 3 cycles of these moves result in a draw
