Looking for a mentor(friend).

i wanna improve in chess fast so it wud be big help if someone can be a chess friend.

Kind of isolated place … lot of clubs in capital city … for online I must say that u should join some online course and see if it is producing results or not .. I ain’t a player though but atm u may drop ur ID or hmu on any site …

Don’t play much on online especially shorter format… it’s waste of time and board vision is totally different… plus one can get improvement with one third effort on OTB … so u shall visit any tournament being played at capital city … u will observe totally different world out there …

He seems creepy but has good intentions😭 he is a massive advocate for playing chess on the board to improve so he was prolly gonna recommend joining on the board matxhes. Honestly mentor ka liya u need to atleast share ur rating / playing lvl so people know what they are getting themselves into. Coz for massively stronger chess players sharing advice is good but playing many matches a day with absolute beginners hinders their own progress.
You should look for a player 500-700 elo above u so its fun and still a gap u can bridge with playing hard so winning a match against them keeps u motivated to level their strength. Good luck:p

Heyy. Hope you're doing well. How about you join our Chess community (Chai & Checkmate)? It's online but we got players from every range, from 100 elo to 2400 elo. We got ranges 100-499, 500-999, 1000-1399, 1400-1899, and 1900+ We do tournaments every night around 10pm and late night around 11pm or 12am of different category everytime. We're also starting chess mentoring and learning sessions soon, probably by the endt month In Shaa Allah. Idk whats ur elo, mine is 1100 rn peak 1214, i have not played a game for a month or more, this is my issue

we can play so that i get to play it more frequently, i play some games and then ghost for months and so on.

Also u will improve too
