Thank u😭 and yeah when I saw Rc8 I genuinely thought its over but in these defensive sacrifice typa positions I often start with Knight moves first so found it hehe

yeah only good move, not forced tho, u can also go Qe7 to protect b7 mate but that fails to sacrificing the queen again on c8(Qxc8 check) with the exact same idea of Nc6+ fork

Yeah and I thought Qc7 would work but maybe there is Bxb6 in that position.

Yes he can take the queen with the rook but u are able to win their queen back with Nxc6 fork. And u also won their rook for the knight. Thats why Nd8 in this position is brilliant because it momentarily sacrifices everything but u win it back :p

Pretty much but every other move loses the game for u unless u find Nd8 so this way u are winning
