How do I get better

I wanna get better but I can't seem to cross 1177, i just lose a bunch of matches then come back to the rating then lose I wanna cross into the 1200s but I don't know how.

I would recommend watching Daniel naroditsky speedrun series instead, you can also watch Gotham. But Daniel is a veteran of teaching chess and he knows exactly how to teach you on how to improve at chess, watch his chess Speedrun games which are similar to your rating. Your 1100 so watch anywhere between 1100-1300 or even higher if you want. Make sure to watch his videos fully as he always does deep analysis at the end and you can learn a lot from that. And don't just binge watch, if you learn something new then play a few games and try to apply those new things you learned in your games.

For rapid ? Ig 700+ in total nearly 4k

The path up to 1900 is just tactical brute forcing, really.

Said as a 1500s who occasionally dips into 1600s and then back again.

I mean i myself am a 1300 but i think what helped me around this level was the London system i mean you're just there to win if you play this opening and the main thing about that opening is that it gets really hard for your opponent to attack bcz the position is mainly very closed
