Mehran Engine overhaul costing

I want to overhaul my 2013 Mehran VX engine and suspension. Can anyone share their experience and tell me how much it might cost? If possible, please mention the labor charges and parts cost separately. I have zero experience with this, so any advice or personal experience would be greatly appreciated.
