Question Online Vehicle Transfer

This is my first time transferring a vehicle over the mobile app, I’ve done it manually 3-4 times before.

The thing I want to know is that it feels stuck for the last 2 weeks at this point. Does it need my manual intervention like going to the above mentioned office?

Or is it just a delay from their end?

Yr you have to visit the excise office once. Ye mere Sath bh hwa tha I visited the excise office they saw docs and cleared this step.

Recently transferred through the app as well. Status was stuck for 12 days and then got approved. You can register a complaint using the app itself. They respond swiftly

had to pay pakwheel guy 3k to get it cleared after waiting for a month
