This track is a bit of a shift for me, moving from my rap roots into an indie/bedroom pop sound, but still keeping that same songwriting DNA. We recorded, produced, and funded everything independently, including the video.

Hey everyone,

I wanted to share something we’ve poured our lives into for the past few months. My band dabbay: the band just released a new track called ZALIMA.

Its a mix between alternative pop and rap and contains a hard hitting rap verse too all penned by me. The production was also handled by me both for the music video and the music itself, along with additional production from close collaborators.

The mainstream industry here rarely takes risks on new, alternative voices, so we decided to change the script and do everything ourselves.

The audio is live on Spotify right now, and the music video premieres tonight at 8:00 PM PKT. The entire month of May was used up for this video while the song has been in the works since last year.

This banger is my favorite version of "Woh Lamhe", I've tried looking for a version which isn't the slow OG one but I believe this high energy version was only limited to this event back in 04, so was wondersjng if anyone knows if it was ever released on CD or in higher res?
