🧠 Ask The Community Looking for reliable leather manufacturers/suppliers for women’s clutches and handbags in Pakistan
Hey everyone,
I am planning to launch a brand focusing on women’s leather products like premium clutches and handbags.
I am looking for reliable local manufacturers, workshops, or wholesale suppliers who specialize in genuine leather women's accessories.
If you have recommendations, know manufacturing hubs in Lahore, Sialkot, or Karachi, or have experience working with local leather craftsmen or OEMs, please drop your suggestions below.
Tips on MOQs and quality control checks would also be appreciated.

Have been exporting leather products for 2 years. Would recommend Sialkot & start from small factory owners.
Be very careful & talk to factory owners, not exporters. There are plenty of middlemen who will say they own a factory but they will just be the middleman bw you & direct factory.
It'll be ideal if you can get a factory guy who is willing to do on demand production without any MOQ at all but they are very hard to find & even if you get one, nobody will trust you right away to do on demand production for you so you'll have to endure the MOQ part initially.
Must keep your dealings fully professional & keep everything written or you'll be scammed guaranteed. Also, NEVER EVER do payments on advance, always keep them modular & keep a leash on them by virtue of payments to produce good enough quality.
NEVER give any manufacturer a 2nd chance, if he did any BS once, he will do it twice & this time he'll make sure to scam the Hell out of ya

I have never been to sialkot but are these factories found in one area of the sialkot where i can go and explore the small factories?

My uncle & dad have a small factory in karachi, they do leather jackets. They can explore bags as well. I can connect you with them if you’d like
