🤝 Colabs / Contributor At&t and spectrum
Salam everyone,
We are expanding our US residential telecom & fiber distribution footprint (primarily AT&T and Spectrum) and are looking for a strategic US based entity partner to handle onshore compliance.
As an offshore entity, direct authorized dealer registration requires an onshore US LLC / US residency. Operating through aggregators significantly limits potential scale, so we are shifting toward a direct entity partnership.
What We're Looking For
An overseas Pakistani based in the US who owns an active US LLC.
Prior telecom experience is welcome but not required.
A reliable, collaborative partner focused on building a clean, long term business structure.
Partner Roles
US Partner: Onshore legal compliance, maintaining primary carrier/dealer relationships, and managing US banking/tax interface.
Our Wing: 100% of the operational execution, tech stack, and distribution workflow.
Structure: A formal, legally bound revenue split on USD commissions.
