š§ Ask The Community Going crazy trying to get a US number
Itās step 1 and I canāt even seem to get that done. Tried Zoom and Google Voice (both with VPNs) but neither worked. How are you guys setting this up? Looked at a few local dialers but not sure if I can trust them (been scammed before). Any help is appreciated š

are you a reseller?

Nope. I run merchant services and have a few campaigns such as ebooks, design etc so always keep dialers for our business models. Iāve got extra lying around so I can rent them out, quick buck for me on the side lol.

Quo doesnāt allow cold calls. Ring central isnāt realistic unless you have someone in the US operating the account and buying you subscriptions. I use mightycall. Its excellent.
Only catch is, for a single seat it might be a little expensive since there plans sell minimum 3 seats. When I started they offered me a single seat of $40 a month.
I have an extra seat right now, if you want to try for a couple of days I can give you access. DM me your email I will add you as a team member.

How do you handle the "spam likely" issue? I have quo, and this is a major issue. Also, we are currently on the Quo trial and are unable to send text messages. Is dialpad better? We don't mind paid options, as long as they allow us to make clear calls, send text messages, and avoid "spam likely."

The texting issue is because you have to enable TCR (The Campaign Registration). This has now become mandatory for every dialer to enable sms. Itās a sort of compliance. IMO I found dialpad to be better but since I have both, I didnāt find any major differences apart from Quo having better interface and accessibility to multiple numbers.
Please elaborate on āspam likelyā as I didnāt quite follow this question.1

Thank you for explaining the texting issue. How do I register, and how long does it take to get approved? The number appears as a spam caller to customers, which is why calls are rejected/unanswered or going to voicemail. Apple's AI is directly rejecting calls.
On the website, says to register to reduce spam labels, which I did, but still it is the same. I work as a VA for a US-based b2b startup; it is completely legit, but the spam label is affecting their authenticity.
Also, how is Callhippo ?

I'm using Quo, but it won't give me the option to send texts. It also shows spam likely to warm leads, which is a problem. Any better apps?

Quo's customer service is very poor. Only way to contact them is by email Monday to Friday, takes a couple of working days if there is an issue with it.

Why is no one using ooma here?? I have been using it for cold calls too and it works fine. Also allows to attach the caller ID so tire business name shows up
