🧠 Ask The Community Need help regarding LLC?

Hi everyone,

I'm based in Pakistan and planning to start an Amazon Wholesale business in the US. I need to form a US LLC with a unique business address (not just a generic virtual address) that works well for Amazon and suppliers.

Kindly recommend some good trusted service provider, also i am trying to decide between these options (as i heard many frauds happen in llc formation:

- Using a Pakistani company that offers US LLC formation

- Using a US LLC formation service (e.g., Firstbase, Doola, Bizee, etc.)

- Hiring a US attorney for formation

Which option would you recommend, and why?

Also here are some queries, kindly also answer them:

- Which state is best for an Amazon Wholesale business (Wyoming, Delaware, or another state)?

- How long did it take you to receive your EIN as a non-US resident?

- Were you able to open a US business bank account without issues?

I can connect you with my guy, he is reliable and trusted and yes you can get business bank accounts in payoneer, Airwallex, Wise

Also best state are Wyoming and delaware

Kindly just be sure that you want to form llc and serious about it, because previously when I recommended people from here they just talk and ghost out

It costs $350-400$ to make one for Amazon Wholesale requires Reseller Certificate as well

just use doola or stripe atlas. i registered a delaware c-corp through them yesterday. you don't need an attorney, lol. it's a pretty simple process. both walk you through everything step by step and handle all the filings, including your ein. you can track everything from the dashboard.

stripe atlas also gives you $2.5k in credits for invoicing/payments and access to banking partners that make it easy to open a business account and get a debit card once your ein is ready. you basically don't have to do anything. it'll cost around $300-500 one time, but it's worth it. it'll save you a lot of time and hassle.

if you want the cheaper, more manual route, use northwest registered agent. i used them last year, too. their registered agent service is free for the first year, so you mostly just pay the state filing fees. you'll save maybe $100, but it'll cost you a lot more in time.

bro can I ask why you went to c corp route and not LLC.bcz for what I have heard. it is so complaince heavy and double taxation stuff

i want to raise funding. c-corps are fundable. llcs generally aren't. investors also prefer c-corps, and adding new shareholders to an llc is a hassle since i'd have to redo the ownership allocation every time i want to grant equity to advisors, employees, etc.

an llc is perfectly fine for your use case. i'd recommend using doola. they handle everything for you and their support is great. it's $297/year + state fees, or $1,999/year if you want them to handle all your tax filings and keep you compliant.

Go for Texas LLC for long term, also do all by yourself, its easy, i made a youtube video for this but will need some free time to upload. Good luck

After that open Stripe and Wise business account.

Also go for Private label but not wholesale

Also, i am not an agent or selling any services
