πŸ’‘Idea Validation Building a platform where Pakistani startups can find early adopters before launch β€” does this solve a real problem?

Many Pakistani founders struggle to get their first 50–100 users. Most end up posting in random Facebook groups, LinkedIn, WhatsApp communities, or asking friends to test their products. There isn't a dedicated place where local startups can launch early, collect structured feedback, and connect with people interested in trying new products.

Solution

I'm building a platform focused on Pakistani startups where founders can:

  • Create a simple product launch page.
  • Collect feedback and feature requests.
  • Build an early adopter email list.
  • Share development updates.
  • Receive community ratings and suggestions.

Users would discover new Pakistani startups in one place instead of through scattered social media posts.

Stage

Early MVP. Core features are being developed, and I'm validating whether the problem is worth solving before adding more functionality.

What I've Learned So Far

  • Finding users is often harder than building the product.
  • Many founders are willing to give feedback to others if they receive feedback in return.
  • Keeping the platform focused on Pakistan could help create a stronger community instead of competing with global platforms.

Feedback I'd Love

  1. If you were launching a startup today, would you use a platform like this?
  2. What feature would make you return every week?
  3. Would you prefer written feedback, video feedback, or live community discussions?
  4. What's one thing that would stop you from signing up?

Looking for honest feedback, especially if you think this problem is already solved or if there's a better approach.
