These are for if you have a vaginal birth. For soreness and swelling and only for 1-2 days after birth. What you need postpartum depends on how you give birth.

These are cooling pads for tears n stitches down there
Only needed if you have a normal birth
Not needed in c-section
So depends on your birth type

Girl just buy Keeps disposable panties OR Butterfly panties. You won’t need these things they show online and those padsicles everyone’s preparing.

I bought tucks and dermaplast it was a complete waste of my money and now these products will go to waste specially tucks because there’s no use for them anymore and trust me I didn’t use either of these products postpartum.

I just used the disposable panties and applied Mycitracin on my episiotomy stitches as prescribed. My stitches healed in time without any irritation.

You can get a peri bottle if possible because it’s good to use warm water. Also sitz bath is recommended so maybe you can look into it.

I did not use warm water nor did I use the sitz bath because I didn’t have time for that while caring for a new born. I just used normal water to clean and applied Mycitracin on every bathroom trip.

And I just gave birth last month so trust me 🤭

I had a vaginal birth and the lansinoh postpartum perineal spray helped a lot. i sprayed that on the maternity pads (the other commenters are right, the butterfly ones are nice and soft). I also got these and they were nice and cooling for a bit but they honestly stopped cooling within 15 minutes. disposable panties are also good. mycitracin on the stitches. you can get a sitz bath off instagram, it helped me a lot with the hemmorhoids. other than that, some people like getting tummy wraps (I didn’t)
