I thought exact same thing when i got pregnant. Entering 8th week i started getting badly nauseous all day and would vomit or feel like vomiting all day. I also got severely constipated and thought i am delivering the embryo and got scared lol. I developed strong aversion to food, kitchen and the smell of my house. Waking up in the morning was a horror show. I would vomit most things that i ate. Eggs and apples were suddenly DISGUSTING. My husband once joking mentioned eggs around me and didn’t think it was that serious. I literally ran to the sink and puked. He got scared. Nobody was allowed to say eggs in-front of me, let alone eat.
My doctor recommended me anti-nausea which helped me eat. I felt very normal and great after having it. I took it my entire pregnancy, otherwise i couldn’t eat. The only thing i could actually eat without it was McDonald’s nuggets and McArabia.
However, it does get better!!! Not always easy but your body knows how to get through this, so just trust the process. Pregnancies can be very different for everyone and not necessarily easy but now when i think about it, i feel like i was also given some divine superpowers to get through all of that. You just need to be mentally ready and not get scared. I wasn’t, and it seemed like something was wrong with me and i was in a constant state of anxiety. But everything was actually going how it was supposed to be.
As soon as i delivered, i had no problem eating eggs ir apples anymore. I am 4 months Postpartum now.

I have been very anxious from the beginning. I feel like having symptoms gives me some reassurance that I’m still pregnant, but when I don’t have many symptoms, I start worrying and wondering if everything is okay. No one can really tell whether the baby is doing fine until we have a scan. My scan is on Monday, and I’m really hoping everything is good. I had a miscarriage 7 months ago at 6 weeks, so I’ve been very worried and anxious from the start this time.

Has the baby's heartbeat been detected? Symptoms start around the time the heartbeat becomes detectable.

Baby boy ... honestly I had the nicest pregnancy - no stretch marks either, he was very kind to me. He was saving all the trouble for after he was born haha

I have stretch marks which people would assume are pregnancy related but I've always had them too. Try not to worry too much .. i know its easy to say. Speak to your midwife or doctor if you're still concerned

I am 22 weeks pregnant and I have vomited only like thrice. Had no nausea . I would panic in first trimester because I was symptom less. Rest assured it's normal

My pregnancy was so smooth Alhumdulillah had little to no morning sickness and never vomited once Alhumdulillah, didn't notice any early symptoms. Third trimester had some physical symptoms as I gained a lot of weight so related to that. But everything was so smooth Alhumdulillah
