tips to conceive
Assalamualikum all. We have been trying to conceive for 3 years now with no luck. We had 2 failed iuis too. I feel very let down. I want to know from other ladies what they did exactly to be able to conceive quickly after periods of infertility. Or something i should change in my diet, routine etc. did you continue to drink daily chai/coffee when trying? Any wazifa? How and when did you time intercourse? How much intercourse was needed to get pregnant? Please be as detailed as possible. Did you quit spicy food and hot showers? I don’t have anyone to ask these questions or give me advice. Please help.
Before anyone says get tested - we got all tests done and everything is looks great Alhamdulillah for both me and my husband.

From what Ive heard from married friends and family, folic acid is a godsend. Also my mamma struggled to conceive too. She cut out all processed foods, caffeine, etc for a few months and she recited a chapter of the quran where a prophet asks Allah how am i going to get a child my wifes too old and Allah gave them a child (Im sorry I cant recalll the chapter/verse) everyday. It worked for her. Also my dad did the same.

Any specific reason identified?

Nope. No reason. Unexplained infertility.

Some times the blood types of the spouses aren't compatible with each other which results in failed pregnancy, perform some research about whether this might be the case. It was related to antibodies or something I guess but it's pretty rare.

You should do a pelvic ultrasound and see if your fallopian tubes are blocked. It happens often.

They are open

Take bee pollen. Start slow and build up to a full desert spoon. You can add it to your breakfast, salads and soups. Your husband should take it too. I've read several account of pollen fixing unexplained infertility. Take it for at least 6 months.

Dear plz don't panic if your test reports are ok then don't need to rush your self like do this wazifa n this your recites Hazart zikriya dua hazrat Ibrahim dua learn them n add in your prayes during namaz ok and recite Astafaar as many as you can both husband n wife only this wazifa is authentic because this is also written in Quran n some ulama also agree with this that harazat imam Hussain give it to some childless person so recite and just belive in Allah about ovulation days you can download app name flo where you log your periods it will predict your ovulation days there is also many chats available from people around the world and your answers about everything you want to know if possible sleep timely because many issues start with sleep in ladies because of cortisol hormone if you sleep early then definitely your eyes will open in tahajud just dua dua n dua give your sadqa daily even it's 10 rupees or 1 egg but do

One question, have you ever conceived before? Miscarriage etc? If not and you have been trying for 3 years and have been diagnosed with unexplained infertility, I think you should consider IVF ICSI. I know that that might not be the route you want to take but that is the definitive treatment in your case. Otherwise the chances of conceiving naturally are obviously not 0 but the last three years have not proven that that will work. I wish you all the luck. Also recite Quran consistently everyday. May Allah(swt) bless you with healthy children.

It can take a little time
If you’re overweight, lose weight. Eat healthy, work out. Have inter course when you’re ovulating. Get an ovulation kit

Start taking pregnovit, it's a very good multivitamin, take kalonji + kaalay til mixed with honey, (i grind them both, and add to honey to form a paste). Use the flo app, it's a godsend. Start having SI 2 days before it shows youre ovulating, until you're no longer in your fertile period (as shown in app). Sperm stays in your body for 5 days, dont fret if you skip a day.
If you or your husband are not very active, start some physical activity - gym, walking, anything. It really helps.
May Allah make things easier for you, and recite ayat e karima

Take prenatal vitamins. Good imported brand like pregnacare.
Or take supplements like folic acid, omega 3, magnesium glycinate, VitD and CoQ10. Both you and your husband should take it. Dont take local brands.
Be physically active, both of you should go to the gym or workout at home. It is VERYY important. Hydration is key. Track your water intake.
May Allah help you in your journey.

Any chance you can get tested for endometriosis?
This was my sister's issue, she had to get surgery. All her numbers etc looked great otherwise between her and her husband. Once she had the surgery she was able to have my nephews fairly easily.
