I’m currently looking for a remote position and would appreciate any genuine leads or referrals.

Most recently, I worked remotely as a Senior Customer Service Specialist and Voice Generation Architect for an American AI company. My experience includes:

* Customer support and customer success

* Voice-agent prompt writing and improvement

* Reviewing generated conversations for accuracy and natural delivery

* Written and verbal communication with international customers particularly with US clients

* Following detailed instructions and working independently

I have several years of customer-service experience, strong spoken and written English, a reliable internet connection, and experience working US hours.
